AGIS Librarians Unite! This session will discuss best practices including: library software & databases (what’s new and what is changing), consortiums to reduce costs, promoting AGIS Sora Consortium, home language collections (acquisition and promotion), author visits, the use of AI and the role of librarians, and library design & suppliers. Participating librarians will be asked to share and discuss examples. The provisional agenda: 10:00-12:30 First Session 12:30-13:30 Lunch 13:30-15:30 Second Session 15:30-16:00 Coffee Break (may leave conference venue to visit Berlin school library – whichever is nearest) 16:00-17:00 Third Session (possible visit to Berlin school library)
