This workshop is dedicated to those that have moved into a leadership position within their current setting or those that could in the future. Throughout this session we will share personal experiences and look at the different scenarios that transitioning into a leadership position can be. We will identify common areas of conflict/challenge that come with the shift in role and look at ways to set yourself up for success and develop resilience all while ensuring your own wellbeing.
